Which accounting documents do you provide?
A contract, an invoice and a certificate of services rendered.
What if I can't attend?
Cancellations before November 30 are refunded in full; after that date payments are non-refundable.

This policy describes what personal data is collected and how it is processed by the organiser of PET FOOD HORIZONS 2027 — Individual Entrepreneur Vadim Eduardovich Zagidullin (OGRNIP 320774600254832), address: apt. 202, 5 Universitetsky Prospekt, Moscow 119296, Russia (the “Organiser”) — when receiving applications through the forms on this website.
2. What data is collected
Full name, company, job title, phone, e-mail, talk topic (speaker form) and accommodation choice (registration). We only receive data when you fill in and submit a form on this website yourself.
3. How it is used
To contact you about participating in the conference or about your talk, to send you event information (dates, programme, logistics), and to conclude a conference participation agreement.
4. Who it is shared with
Data is processed in the Organiser's CRM and in the Tilda.ru form service. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention period
Data is kept no longer than needed to organise the conference and for subsequent reporting, and in any case no longer than 3 years from the application date.
6. Your rights
You can withdraw your consent to processing and request deletion of your data at any time by writing to vadim.zagidullin@rnd4you.ru.

Please follow these guidelines and standards when preparing your talk:
- Content: Topics must be purely informational, analytical or research-based. We recommend market reviews, deep dives into specific ingredients, or presentations of relevant scientific research.
- Neutrality: Direct promotion of commercial products or companies is not allowed. The focus must be on technology and the industry.
- Materials for translation: For translation into Russian, speakers provide the organisers with their slides and an audio recording of the talk. A finished video of the talk with a Russian voice-over is also accepted.
- Timing: Talks are limited to a maximum of 30 minutes.
